The "tsObjSmall" files (eg. tsObjSmallBest.sample8.fits) contains a combination of photometric, spectroscopic, and tiling information for each tiled target.
These files are created from the tsObj files, the sp files and the ti files. In addition to the standard parameters, these files include the flux limits used for galaxies in the area of each target, as well as the seeing.
